CO₂ Pre Heaters & Filler Wires
Preventing Gas Freeze and Pressure Drop in MIG Welding
CO₂ pre-heaters are installed between the gas cylinder and the pressure regulator to heat CO₂ gas before it enters the regulator, preventing cylinder freezing and pressure drop during continuous MIG welding. Available as standalone inline units and with core assembly in brass-forged construction. Also includes a TIG/MIG filler wire range in stainless steel, low carbon alloy, and aluminium grades.
CO₂ Pre Heater (CPH-1090)
Inline brass forged CO₂ pre-heater, 110/230V (36/42V), item code 8481. Prevents gas freeze and pressure drop in MIG welding setups.
CO₂ Pre Heater with Core Assembly (CPHCA-1091)
Super Gas Pre-Heater with internal core assembly installed between cylinder outlet and regulator inlet. Ensures constant gas flow and prevents freeze-up.
TIG/MIG Welding Filler Wire (TMWFW-1092)
Available in stainless steel (201, 304L, 308L, 316L, 309L, 347, 430), low carbon alloy steel (70s2, 80sb2, 80sd2, 90sb3), and aluminium (1100, 4043, 5356) grades.
Sliding Key O2 (SSKO-1093)
M.S./forged/tempered sliding key for oxygen cylinder valves. Item code 6506. CE certified.
